Returns

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned at your expense, in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

To initiate a return, contact us at ameerarosecreative@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or written-in journals

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
